Do I need to switch my long distance or wireless phone service to use Ten4Real?
No, you do not need to switch your long distance or wireless service. When you use Ten4Real, you are directly accessing Ten4Real's network by dialing a toll-free number. All call charges will be deducted from your prepaid or postpaid account. There will be no interaction with your long distance or wireless phone service provider when using Ten4Real.

Are there phone numbers that I should not register?
We recommend that you only register private phone numbers, such as home, office, or wireless phones. Registering non-secure (public) phone numbers is risk, and calls made from these numbers will be your responsibility. Payphone numbers can not be registered.
Can I cancel my service?
If you are not satisfied with Ten4Real, you may cancel at any time by contacting us online or toll free at 1-800-490-3211. For the prepaid account, any unused balance on your account will be forfeited.
Will my wireless phone carrier charge me for calls from my wireless phone?
Your wireless carrier should not charge you for international calls when using Ten4Real although the call will use your wireless domestic airtime. If you are unsure of the charges you may incur from your wireless carrier as a result of using Ten4Real, please contact your wireless carrier.

What taxes are applied to the Ten4Real Service?
• State and Local Sales Tax: Cities, states and counties may levy taxes on long distance calls and some services and features. Primus collects all taxes and remits them to the proper jurisdiction.
• Federal & State Universal Service Funds (USF): Surcharges to recover our costs of contributing to Federal and State Universal Service Funds, which are mandated by state laws and/or rules to provide affordable telecommunications services to all citizens, including low-income, eligible schools and libraries, rural health providers, and consumers in high cost service areas.
Can I sign up for both prepaid and postpaid accounts?
You may have multiple Ten4Real accounts with either prepayment or pay after use option. However, the phone numbers you register for PIN-less dialing may not be on more than one account.
