How will I receive my monthly invoice statements?
At the end of your billing period, an invoice will be posted online to your Ten4Real Virtual Card Service account. Your credit card will be conveniently charged for the calls made. To view your invoice and payment history, simply log in to My Account and click on Bill & Payment History. There will be no paper statements mailed to your home. However, you will be able to print a copy of your invoices directly online if you wish
Will I be charged any fees if I haven't made any calls for the month?
You will not be charged for calls you have not made.
Will I be able to view my invoice and payment history?
Access to your past invoices and payment history is available around the clock online by logging in to your Ten4Real account. Simply click on Payment History after you are logged in to My Account.
